How are these rankings different from Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave?
Analyst reports are paid research — vendors pay tens of thousands to participate, and entries follow strict vendor-survey methodology. Our rankings are editorial: we test, interview customers and publish without vendor payment. Where useful, we cite analyst positioning as one of many inputs.
Do vendors pay to be listed?
No. Listing is free and editorial. Vendors can become "Featured Partner" through advertising — that buys a badge and pinned placement, but it does not displace lower-scored vendors and it does not change editorial scoring. The badge is always shown.
How often are rankings updated?
Every category is fully re-evaluated each quarter. Major M&A, security incidents or product launches trigger out-of-cycle updates within 2 weeks.
